Delete Your Account
You can delete your BlackKarat account directly from the app under Profile → Delete Account. If you no longer have access to the app, use the form below to submit a deletion request.
What gets deleted
- •Your user profile and account credentials
- •Saved businesses and favorites
- •Push tokens and account notification preferences
- •Account-linked feedback, submissions, claims, and listing reports
Published business listings and photos can remain in the directory after your account association is removed. Account deletion does not itself remove public business contact details. Request listing corrections or removal through our listing request form. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Daily app activity records lose their account ID but retain the random installation ID, day, and any rounded coordinates; these records currently have no fixed automatic expiry. Support correspondence, website requests, provider logs, backups, and legally required records may remain as explained in our Privacy Policy. Contact support for additional personal-data requests. We may verify your identity before acting on a web or email request.
